Hello, I'm Kristina King Carroll. Born and raised in Orange County, CA, and relocated to Dallas, Texas in 2017. With a dedication to skincare, I've been practicing as an esthetician since 2007, accumulating numerous years of experience in the beauty industry. My guiding principle is: "What you put ON your skin is just as important as what you put IN your body." However, this perspective wasn't always innate to me.

In 2014, following a year of debilitating illness, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and various autoimmune conditions. It wasn't until encountering my first integrative/holistic practitioner—a true angel—that my perspective shifted. At the time, I served as the Senior Manager at Urban Decay Cosmetics/L’Oreal, relishing in my career and lifestyle, oblivious to the toll it took on my health amidst late nights, fashion weeks, and weekly travels.

Consequently, I made the decision to take a year-long hiatus to prioritize my well-being. The insights gained during that healing period are invaluable, prompting significant changes in my diet, household products, skincare regimen, and nearly every aspect of my life. Along this journey, I've had the privilege of meeting remarkable individuals and doctors, firmly believing that my trials were a pivotal part of my life's trajectory, ultimately leading me to Texas.

My overarching goal is to aid others—not only in enhancing their skin but in improving their overall well-being. I aspire to empower individuals to become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves, while including a bit of relaxation and pampering along the way.

Presently, my life revolves around embracing an organic lifestyle and delving into holistic practices, all while caring for my spirited two-year-old, Valen, and my sweet, bright five-year-old son, Jay. Motherhood undoubtedly presents its challenges, yet I cherish every moment, feeling immensely grateful for the privilege of being their mama.

Meet Michelle

VIRTUE ESTHETICIAN

Hi, I’m Michelle Gray! I started my journey as an esthetician when I was 20. I moved to California from a small West Texas town. Looking back, I now understand my love for skincare and beauty started as a child. Growing up, I took an early interest in daily skincare, loved making my own masks and having a multi-step skincare routine. I was the kid at the pool reapplying my SPF so I wouldn’t sunburn.

After finishing beauty school and starting my esthetician career, I always felt like I had a great skin care regimen. About 7 years ago, I started having several health problems. After being diagnosed with Epstein bar, Fibromyalgia and Hypothyroidism, I started seeing the effects on my skin with rosacea and breakouts. This led me to look into how certain foods and vitamins would affect my health and skin. That journey snowballed into finding the cleanest products available for my face and body, which then lead me to looking into my toxic load at home.

I now have a toddler daughter with my husband Matt. Having her makes me even more passionate about creating a non-toxic environment for her and my family. Feeding her organic, clean and healthy foods that serves her in the hopes she can avoid similar health problems as she grows.

I love to share my passion with like-minded people that help me continue to grow and learn. As an esthetician my favorite thing is making clients feel comfortable and confident in their skin. I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and cannot wait to begin your skincare journey with you!

Meet Meagan

VIRTUE ESTHETICIAN

Hey! My name is Meagan Adams. I’m born, raised and have lived in Mississippi until moving to Dallas, Texas in 2020. I’ve been married for 9 years and have a 7 year old daughter, Vivienne.

Before becoming an aesthetician, I had a career in marketing and social media. I was a stay-at-home mom for a few years and when Vivienne started kindergarten, I went back to aesthetics school.

Somewhere around the time we moved to Texas, my fertility journey took me on a deeper dive into a more holistic lifestyle. After a miscarriage, IVF and multiple failed transfers, I began seeking a more functional approach to my infertility. This has led to an overall health journey of researching products and ingredients, tossing toxins, eating organic and everything in-between.

I’m so thankful for a career that allows me to pour into others from a holistic skin perspective and healing journey. So much magic can come from intentional hands and movement. Whether you’re looking for a skincare regimen, a treatment, or a relaxing experience, I’d love to be a part of your journey. Can’t wait to meet you!
